The Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Partner who will be instrumental in driving Yubilly’s growth through strategic partnerships. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, creative individual to help scale a groundbreaking startup by leveraging partnerships with bookkeepers, accountants, local and global retail chains, and POS system providers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and secure partnerships with key stakeholders in the bookkeeping, accounting, retail, and POS sectors.

· Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through partnerships, both locally and globally.

· Collaborate closely with the founding team to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

· Negotiate partnership agreements that align with Yubilly’s long-term vision and revenue-sharing model.

· Continuously explore new markets and industries for potential collaborations that would benefit Yubilly’s platform.

· Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance and engagement, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, ideally in tech or SaaS industries.

· A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique approaches to securing partnerships.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· A demonstrated track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships.

· Knowledge or experience working with bookkeepers, accountants, or retail/POS systems is a plus.

· Ability to thrive in a remote, dynamic startup environment.

Compensation: This is not a salary-based role but offers significant upside potential for the right candidate. Compensation will be structured as follows:

· Equity Option: Once Yubilly starts generating revenue, there is an opportunity for equity in the company.

· Commission/Revenue Share: You will earn a percentage of the revenue from the partnerships and sales you bring in. As Yubilly scales, this model offers exponential earning potential.
