Our team is pioneering a solution for standalone VR headsets, and we're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to bring these visions to life. We know what needs to get done, now we need someone who knows how to do it so only candidates with direct work experience using these specific technologies will be considered for this role:

1. Azure Identity and Access Management: Azure Active Directory (AD)
2. Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service Development: Azure File Sync and Azure Networking (Virtual Network, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute)

You'll be responsible for:

• User Authentication: Architect and implement a robust, secure user authentication system compliant with hospital security standards.
• System Design and Implementation: Develop and optimize cloud solutions, with a focus on Azure, ensuring seamless integration with hospital IT structures.
• Unity Integration: Work with our VR product team to integrate backend solutions with our Unity-based application.
• Database Management and Integration: Enhance our database, potentially bridging with PACS, and ensure its stability and performance.
• Local Cloud Infrastructure: Establish and sustain local cloud operations within hospital networks.
• External Hosting: Evaluate and execute opportunities for company-hosted cloud platforms.
• Collaboration: Team up with hospital IT departments to make sure our systems are compliant and user centric.
• Continuous Upgrades: Remain updated on technological trends, especially within Azure, Unity, and healthcare IT, proposing and integrating improvements.

You should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services and solutions.
• Demonstrable expertise in Unity and C#.
• Experience in the medical or healthcare IT arena, especially in terms of PACS integration.
• Knowledge of database management, optimization, and associated best practices.
• Effective communication abilities for interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in web frontend development is a plus.
